Butterflies in March – Gardening week

This week in Butterflies we have been preparing our vegetable patch by pulling out all the weeds and turning over the soil. We have planted some sunflowers and peas and we are looking forward to watching them grow. We found lots of worms in the soil and so we have made a worm house for them. The children are enjoying looking out for the signs of spring in the garden. Thank you to everyone who supported our Car Boot Sale on Saturday – it was very cold! We will be having a car washing session and a cake sale very soon – look out for details.
