Some of the younger caterpillars have been exploring their mathematical skills by playing with stacking rings and also building bridges with the Brio. The children love dancing, using their gross motor skills by jumping, spinning and moving from side to side. Whilst this is all going on the children can still multi task and put the musical instruments to good use by shaking, banging and moving them up and down to make great sounds. Our older Caterpillars who will be going into Butterflies class soon spent some time this week with Miss Emily our dance teacher. They also went into the Butterflies outdoor area and explored their play equipment and met their older friends.
