Last week in September – Butterflies

It was ‘Literacy week’ in the Butterflies class and we enjoyed reading and sharing some of our favourite books such as ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’ and ‘The Gruffalo’. We sang lots of nursery rhymes and made Humpty Dumptys to take home. We also practised our drawing skills by making some fantastic self portraits! Not forgetting our mid week visit from Miss Emily, our dance teacher, who taught us new ballet and yoga moves – always lots of fun for the children and the staff. See you all next week.
